Joseph D. Roche, Esq.
When dealing with family legal issues, sensitivity and compassion are of the utmost priority. These are obligations that Joseph D. Roche takes very personally and seriously in his work every day.
A graduate of University of Massachusetts- Amherst, Joe graduated cum laude in 2008 from Suffolk University Law School, where he received a trustee’s scholarship. He started his legal career in Worcester where he was quickly noticed by Larry Army and recruited for the firm.

Lawrence F. Army, Sr., Esq.
The elder statesman of the firm, Larry Army Sr. is an experienced attorney who specializes in business law and bankruptcy cases.
A U.S. Army veteran who served as a medic in Vietnam, Larry Sr. began his legal career in 1973 after graduating with honors from Suffolk University Law School, where he served on the Law Review. He passed the Massachusetts Bar in 1973 and was admitted to the U.S. Federal Court bar the same year. Known statewide for his real estate knowledge, Larry has successfully represented major lending institutions and government agencies throughout the commonwealth. In addition to real estate law, he specializes in bankruptcy, estate planning and business transactions and litigation.
Larry is an invaluable resource for our clients as he advises the family and business law divisions on the complexities of real estate, land, bankruptcy and other issues. He is a land court title examiner and has been a court-appointed commissioner in real estate and land cases in probate, superior and land court.
An avid golfer, voracious reader and doting grandfather, Larry was the chairman of Grafton Zoning Board of Appeals and served as an elected member of the Grafton School Committee.

Stephen T. Rogan
Stephen T. Rogan brings with him a passion for zealously advocating for his clients, whether that requires bringing a case all the way to trial or negotiating an out-of-court resolution.
Steve is a graduate of Northeastern University and Boston College Law School. During law school, he took advantage of every opportunity to be in the courtroom by becoming certified to practice as a student attorney. He used this certification to enroll in several clinics, which allowed him to represent clients involved in family law matters and matters in the juvenile court. Additionally, he worked at the Committee for Public Counsel Services, Public Defender Division for Norfolk Superior Court, arguing bail, motions, and assisting at trial for bind-over felonies.
Upon passing the bar, Steve was awarded a graduate fellowship at Boston College Law School’s Legal Services clinic where he continued his work representing indigent clients in family law matters. After the completion of his fellowship, Steve worked at two Boston law firms specializing in litigation. At these firms, Steve represented clients in high conflict and high asset divorces, as well as a variety of business disputes. Additionally, Steve represented individuals charged with serious felonies and misdemeanors. Oftentimes, the criminal allegations were intertwined with the divorce proceedings.
Steve primarily focuses his practice on divorce, custody, and alimony cases. His prior experience in high asset divorces and business disputes allow him to provide effective representation and advice regarding the financial aspects of these case.

Brynn Zawada combines pragmatism, tenacity and shrewd intellect to deliver results for her clients. She is an accomplished litigator with extensive experience representing individuals in the various district and probate courts across the state. Brynn’s practice focuses on complex family law matters. She regularly counsels individuals on divorce, custody, removal, alimony, guardianship and grandparent visitation issues.
Family issues are complex and emotionally taxing. Brynn strives to guide her clients through this process effectively and efficiently while minimizing the emotional toll on her clients. A firm believer in enabling her clients to make educated decisions based on practical advice and the law, Brynn zealously advocates for her clients whether that is through settlement negotiation or contested litigation in the courtroom.

Brynn received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School in 2011. Brynn is an active member in the community and sits on the Board of Directors for several local non-profits. When she is not practicing law, Brynn can be found leading her two small children and husband on wild adventures along with their dog, cats and parrot.
