ATTORNEY AT LAW
When dealing with family legal issues, sensitivity and compassion are of the utmost priority. These are obligations that Joseph D. Roche takes very personally and seriously in his work every day.
Joe, a graduate of University of Massachusetts- Amherst, went on to graduate from Suffolk University Law School cum laude in 2008. While at Suffolk, he earned the prestigious trustee’s scholarship. He started his legal career in Worcester where he was quickly noticed by Larry Army and recruited for the firm.
Joe started working with Larry in 2009 and they’ve been together ever since, complementing each other with their passion, talent and expertise in family law. Joe specializes in family law, custody and child support cases and high-conflict divorces, ever mindful that his work has very real implications for any children involved, as well as both parents. It’s a responsibility he does not take lightly.
Joe prides himself on handling these emotionally-charged cases with sensitivity, always looking out for the best interests of the children and their needs, as well as his client’s objectives. He focuses on pre- and post-planning in these life-changing cases and is a vigorous advocate for his clients as they seek to move forward.
Joe was awarded the prestigious Thompson-Reuters “Rising Star” award and is a two-time recipient of the National Family Law Institute’s “Client Satisfaction” award. He’s a former elected member of the Town of Paxton’s Zoning Board of Appeals and has conducted training seminars for fellow attorneys at the National Business Law Institute.
